Yoga Workshops

It all begins with showing up.

If it’s your first time or the hundredth, I invite you to lean in and join a class, workshop or retreat. All are welcome to join, and yoga is for everyone. The foundation of yoga is pranayama. We begin with breathing and allowing a stillness in our being. To connect to our breath, to our body and to consciousness. There is a gorgeous grounding effect with mindful breathing, that it is calming to our nervous system- it is deeply healing.

Get ready to step into 2024 with joy, confidence, and unstoppable momentum

60 minute Slow Flow Class where we slow it all down. The poses are held longer connecting deeper to the breath and the body. Every Class has a different sequence and each experience will be special. This style is great for students who are newer to yoga, or want to learn more about proper alignment of each asana.

60 minute Vinyasa Flow Class to build heat in the body and connect the breath to movement. The class is uniquely sequenced with music to build endurance and strength.

Yoga, cardio, strength and stretch... all in 60 minutes with a fast paced playlist and a lot of fun sequences that are challenging and empowering. We use smaller weights to build beautifully toned muscles with 3 lbs, 5lbs, and 8lbs and workout bands.

A slow-paced and passive style of yoga that focuses on long-held, deep stretches and poses. Yin yoga primarily targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, which surround and support the joints.

After the meditation and pranayama we invite movement into the body with postures (asanas.) We allow the body to move easily, freely and open up space in our bodies. The inhales allow the life force energy to move throughout our body, and the exhales we can soften and release. 

There are so many wonderful benefits of practicing yoga. I began practicing yoga to help me with anxiety and depression. It quickly helped me relieve the emotional imbalances and turned into a journey of self discovery and self love. Whatever calls you to yoga, know that you are in the right place, and this is your time. I’m so excited to be a part of your journey and can’t wait to meet you!
