If it’s your first time or the hundredth, I invite you to lean in and join a class. All are welcome to join, and yoga is for everyone. The foundation of yoga is pranayama. We begin with breathing and allowing a stillness in our being. To connect to our breath, to our body and to consciousness. There is a gorgeous grounding effect with mindful breathing, that it is calming to our nervous system- it is deeply healing. Yoga allowed me to heal the relationship with my body, and ultimately come back home to me, after years of feeling lost.

Slow Flow
60 minute Slow Flow Class where we slow it all down. The poses are held longer connecting deeper to the breath and the body. Every Class has a different sequence and each experience will be special. This style is great for students who are newer to yoga, or want to learn more about proper alignment of each asana.
Vinyasa Flow
60 minute Vinyasa Flow Class to build heat in the body and connect the breath to movement. The class is uniquely sequenced with music to build endurance and strength.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga, cardio, strength and stretch... all in 60 minutes with a fast paced playlist and a lot of fun sequences that are challenging and empowering. We use smaller weights to build beautifully toned muscles with 3 lbs, 5lbs, and 8lbs and workout bands.
Yin
A slow-paced and passive style of yoga that focuses on long-held, deep stretches and poses. Yin yoga primarily targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, which surround and support the joints.
